The Just Adam Band is a live wedding band and DJ from Downpatrick, Northern Ireland, playing weddings across Ireland, the UK and beyond. Adam has been playing live since he was thirteen, long enough to have seen every version of a wedding night.
He reads the room and shapes the set around your guests, bringing them into the night with familiar songs and a personal connection from the stage.
It is a three-piece live band, with the sound and lighting setup travelling with us. From your first dance to the final song, the focus is on you and your guests.

You can book separately. With Gold and Platinum, our band and DJ share one setup, so the music continues without a changeover.
The band plays two hours, then our DJ takes you through to the end of the night, usually around 1am. One supplier to organise, and one continuous evening for your guests.
Most couples come to us between one and two and a half years out, and Saturdays in summer go first. If your date is more than a year away you are in good time. If it is inside six months it is still worth asking, because dates do come back to us.
Send the enquiry form and the full price list for all four packages comes back by email straight away, along with what is included in each. No callback required, and nobody rings you to talk you through it unless you ask.
Once we have confirmed your date is free, a booking fee secures it. We send the contract and the invoice out straight away and the balance is not due until nearer the day. The exact figure is in the email that follows your enquiry.
Yes. Tell us the song when you fill in your wedding form and we will have it ready. If it is a song that genuinely does not suit a live band, we will say so and suggest how to handle it rather than letting you find out on the day.
Anywhere. We play weddings all over Ireland and have played England, Scotland and Wales. Tell us your venue and any travel comes with your prices.
We are usually set up and sound-checked before your guests come back into the room, and we work to whatever running order your venue has agreed. Most hotels we play know us already. If yours has questions about space, power or a sound limiter, put us in touch with them directly and we will sort it out without it landing on you.

We use the contact and event details you provide to answer your enquiry, supply prices, check availability and arrange a booking. The wedding enquiry form is provided by Giggio. Corporate and private-event enquiries are emailed directly to Bigjolly Management and are not stored on this website.
The optional mailing-list checkbox in the wedding form is separate from your enquiry. Embedded services such as Giggio and Spotify process requests through their own systems and may use cookies or similar technologies. See Giggio’s privacy information and Spotify’s privacy information.
